- Soy sauce packets2 each
- Sriracha packet1 each
- Coconut milk powder0.5 oz
- Dried veggies mix0.5 oz
- Crushed peanuts0.5 oz
For 1 person: 640 cal, 22 g protein, 6.2 oz dry.
Steps
- Cold-soak noodles and dried veg 45–60 minutes (or use hot water 5 min).
- Drain excess. Mix sauce powders with a few tablespoons water.
- Toss and top with peanuts.
