  • Instant mashed potatoes1.8 oz
  • Freeze-dried ground beef1.4 oz
  • Dried mixed vegetables0.7 oz
  • Gravy mix or bouillon0.4 oz
  • Butter powder0.4 oz
  • Powdered milk0.4 oz

Steps

  1. Simmer beef, veg, and gravy mix in half the water.
  2. In same pot or cup, make mashed potatoes with remaining hot water, butter, and milk powder.
  3. Spoon meat under mash.
