Ingredients
- Instant ramen noodles (no seasoning)2.5 oz
- Miso paste packets2 each
- Freeze-dried tofu or soy curls0.7 oz
- Dried seaweed (nori)0.2 oz
- Sesame oil packet (optional)1 each
- Chili flakes1 pinch
For 1 person: 480 cal, 18 g protein, 4.4 oz dry.
Steps
- Boil 400 ml water. Add noodles and freeze-dried protein; cook 3–4 minutes.
- Off heat, stir in miso until dissolved (don't boil miso hard).
- Top with nori, sesame oil, and chili.
