- Instant risotto rice or arborio2.8 oz
- Dried mixed mushrooms0.5 oz
- Parmesan, hard0.9 oz
- Butter powder or oil0.5 oz
- Bouillon cube1 each
- Garlic powder0.1 oz
For 1 person: 600 cal, 14 g protein, 5.2 oz dry.
Steps
- Soak mushrooms in hot water 5 minutes; keep soaking liquid.
- Simmer rice with bouillon, garlic, mushroom liquid + water to 400 ml total.
- When creamy, stir in butter and grated parm.
