- Instant mashed potatoes2.5 oz
- Freeze-dried chicken1.4 oz
- Olive oil packets2 each
- Butter powder0.5 oz
- Powdered milk0.5 oz
- Chicken bouillon1 cube
For 1 person: 760 cal, 32 g protein, 6.0 oz dry.
Steps
- Simmer chicken and bouillon in 350 ml water 4 minutes.
- Stir in mash, milk powder, and butter powder until thick.
- Finish with both oil packets. Eat hot.
