Ingredients

  • Rolled oats2.5 oz
  • Maple sugar0.7 oz
  • Pecans, chopped0.7 oz
  • Powdered milk0.5 oz
  • Cinnamon1 pinch
  • Salt1 pinch

For 1 person: 520 cal, 14 g protein, 4.5 oz dry.

Steps

  1. Bring 300 ml water to a simmer in your pot.
  2. Stir in oats, powdered milk, maple sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cook 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
  4. Top with pecans and eat from the pot.
