Ingredients

  • Rice noodles or ramen (no seasoning)1.8 oz
  • Miso paste packets2 each
  • Freeze-dried tofu cubes0.9 oz
  • Dried seaweed0.2 oz
  • Green onion flakes0.1 oz

For 1 person: 380 cal, 18 g protein, 4.0 oz dry.

Steps

  1. Simmer noodles and tofu 3–4 min.
  2. Off heat, dissolve miso. Top with seaweed and onion.
