- Peanut butter powder1.2 oz
- Soy sauce packets2 each
- Sriracha packet1 each
- Dried veg mix0.5 oz
- Crushed peanuts0.5 oz
For 1 person: 620 cal, 20 g protein, 5.6 oz dry.
Steps
- Cold-soak noodles + veg 45–60 min (or hot water 5 min).
- Drain, mix sauce powders with a few tbsp water, toss, top with peanuts.

Camp — recovery. Protein and carbs at camp. Rebuild muscle and restock energy overnight.
