Ingredients

  • Rolled oats2.1 oz
  • Chia seeds0.5 oz
  • Powdered milk0.7 oz
  • Dried blueberries0.7 oz
  • Honey crystals0.5 oz

For 1 person: 480 cal, 16 g protein, 4.6 oz dry.

Steps

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a wide-mouth jar or cold-soak container.
  2. Cover with 250 ml cold water, seal, and shake.
  3. Leave 4+ hours or overnight. Stir and eat cold.

Tips

  • Works great in a Talenti jar or dedicated cold-soak vessel.
