Ingredients

  • Red lentils, quick-cook2.8 oz
  • Coconut milk powder0.9 oz
  • Garam masala0.2 oz
  • Garlic powder0.1 oz
  • Dried onion flakes0.2 oz
  • Instant rice1.4 oz
  • Salt1 tsp

For 1 person: 580 cal, 22 g protein, 5.6 oz dry.

Steps

  1. Simmer lentils, onion, garlic, and spices in 450 ml water ~12 minutes.
  2. Stir in coconut milk powder and salt. Soften rice in same pot or alongside.
