- Cheddar, hard block1.1 oz
- Flour tortilla, large1 each
- Hot sauce packets (optional)2 each
- Olive oil packet1 each
For 1 person: 560 cal, 28 g protein, 4.8 oz dry.
Steps
- Rehydrate eggs with hot water per package (about 180 ml), rest 5 minutes.
- Warm tortilla over pot lid or briefly on stove.
- Fill with eggs, shredded cheese, oil, and hot sauce. Roll and eat.
