Ingredients

  • Rice stick noodles2.8 oz
  • Peanut butter powder1.1 oz
  • Soy sauce packets2 each
  • Brown sugar0.4 oz
  • Chili garlic paste packet1 each
  • Chicken or tofu pouch1 pouch
  • Lime powder or crystalized lime0.1 oz
  • Crushed peanuts0.5 oz

Steps

  1. Cook noodles in 400 ml water until tender; reserve ~3 tbsp cooking water, drain rest.
  2. Stir peanut powder, soy, sugar, chili, lime, and reserved water into a sauce.
  3. Toss noodles with sauce and protein. Top with peanuts.
