Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips2.1 oz
  • Salsa powder or taco seasoning0.4 oz
  • Cheese powder or hard cheese0.9 oz
  • Textured vegetable protein0.7 oz
  • Olive oil packet1 each

For 1 person: 540 cal, 16 g protein, 4.4 oz dry.

Steps

  1. Rehydrate TVP with a splash of hot water and salsa powder (3 min).
  2. Add remaining water, oil, and cheese; warm through.
  3. Crush chips into pot, toss gently, and serve.
